About Me

Hello,

My name is Danielle and I started this blog as sort of a healing space for first time moms over 40. I became a first-time mom at the age of 42. I conceived naturally due to a failed vasectomy. At first, I experienced a range of emotions, but quickly resolved to bearing down and enjoying the ride. This has truly been a journey. Some days are easy breezy, and some are simply HARD. My son recently turned 7 years old and we approach everyday as an adventure. Some of these adventures you will see in the photo gallery section of my page. Enjoy!

My hope for this blog is to cultivate a community of belonging and wellbeing by covering a range of topics, encouraging each other throughout our journey.  Please feel free to share your stories. I know there are many of you out there that can relate to my story on so many levels.
